LIMITS OF LIABILITY
  • Events on the Move shall not be responsible for damage to uncrated materials, materials improperly packed, or concealed damage.
  • Events on the Move shall not be responsible for loss, theft, or disappearance of exhibitor material after the material has been delivered to the exhibitors booth, nor responsible for the same before said material is picked up from exhibitors booth for reloading after the show.
  • Events on the Move maximum liability shall be limited to $50.00 (Can.) per item in question, or $500.00 (Can.) per shipment, whichever is less.
  • Events on the Move shall not be liable to any extent whatsoever for any actual, potential, or assumed loss of profits or revenues, or for any collateral costs, which may result from any loss, or damage to an exhibitors materials which may make it impossible or impractical to exhibit same.
  • Claims for loss, or damage which are not submitted in writing to Events on the Move within 30 days of the close of the show shall be considered waived.
  • Payments to Events on the Move for services shall be construed as an acceptance by such exhibitor, and/or shipper, of the terms and conditions set here forthwith.
